UConn Transcript
After successful completion of the course work the students
receive university credit. This credit is recorded on a University
of Connecticut transcript and is available on request. Upon
entering the University, the credit automatically becomes
a part of the student’s academic record. If the students
matriculate at other institutions, the University will furnish
an official transcript of the course work to be submitted
for transfer credit. The program is thus available to students
without regard to the college that they may ultimately attend.
Please be aware that many courses are taught in sequential
order so that the first course is a prerequisite for the next
course (ex. PHYS 121, PHYS 122). If a student does not maintain
a "C" in the first sequence, it will not appear
on their transcript. If the student continues with the next
course in the sequence, with a "C" or better, it
will appear on their transcript, but because the course is
taken "out of sequence" the credit may or may not
be accepted by the university.
To obtain an official transcript, please telephone the Official
Transcripts office at (860) 486-3332 for automated instructions
or click: http://web.uconn.edu/registraroffice/transcri.htm
for complete instructions. The University of Connecticut does
not charge a fee for this service. Usually, transcripts are
available during the month of July following successful completion
of the Early College Experience course.
