Submitting Grades
All ECE Faculty are required to submit student grades via
the online system - PeopleSoft. Log-in information (user name
and password) is mailed directly to the ECE instructor in
the spring. You can access PeopleSoft for grading at: http://www.studentadmin.uconn.edu.
In recording student courses and grades, the University Registrar's
Office will NOT record a course for which the student received
a grade lower than a "C". The purpose is to protect
a student from getting a grade into the permanent record that
might be earned as a consequence of placing an immature individual
into college work before he or she was fully ready for it.
Students may withdraw from the program, or be withdrawn by
the high school or by the University at any time during the
year.
Important
If a student dropped
a course, the Registrar will drop the student from the
course without penalty. Please record a letter grade for every
student. A blank next to a student’s name may result
in the Registrar recording an “I’ for incomplete;
the “I” grade will eventually turn into an "F"
should it not be updated. Please call (860) 486-1045 with
any questions.
